Chicken Tikka Roast

Background

The great Indian festival of Diwali falls this year (2017) on Thursday 19th October. Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs and Jains all celebrate it but, strangely for Westerners, each religion has a different reason for doing so! If you would like to join in the spirit of the occasion, this Chicken Tikka Roast is an incredibly simple yet delicious meal to create for a wonderful family meal. Or you could try it out as a really tasty alternative to your normal Sunday lunch – the curry paste and chicken juices dripping onto the vegetables give them a wonderful flavour!
