During the winter months we crave comforting food. But not all comforting food has to be full of sugar or fat. This healthy plum and prune crumble is a perfect example, that healthy & delicious puddings do exist! I made it with gluten-free oats, dairy-free spread, but you can use normal oats and butter if you prefer. It has no sugar and no eggs either – yet it’s sweet enough, yummy and very nutritious too! Also, it takes only a few minutes to prepare.
