Instructions

1. Heat oil in a pan and cloves, cardamom and cinnamon.
2. Add the onions and green chilli and fry until brown.
3. Add mint leaves and fry for a minute.
4. Add ginger and garlic and fry for half a minute.
5. Add the vegetables and mix.
6. Add the rice, coconut milk, salt and water and mix.
7. Pressure cook the rice with vegetables according to your cooker specifications. Or cook on very low flame under lid until all the vegetables and rice are cooked.
8. Serve hot.
