Vermicelli upma with mixed vegetables

Background

Vermicelli upma is one of the regular south Indian breakfast. It’s very easy to prepare and it’s very delicious. Fortified with vegetables, it makes a meal by itself. It is easy on the stomach, high in fiber and low in calories.
