Instructions

1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack, then drain and keep warm in the saucepan.
2. Meanwhile, blanch or steam the broccoli for 2-3 minutes, then drain.
3. Slice the garlic thinly. Deseed the chilli, remove the veins then cop the flesh. Chop roughly the walnuts.
4. Heat a wok well then add the oil in stir-fry the garlic, chilli and broccoli for 1-2 minutes.
5. Add the lemon zest and juice then the walnuts. Stir-fry for one more minute.
6. Stir through the pasta, toss together. Season to taste.
7. Serve with some cheese sprinkled on top.
