Chinese-style baked pork belly slices

These Chinese-style baked pork belly slices make ideal party nibbles all year round, although I like making them during the winter festivities. They can be pre-marinated, even pre-baked, so the only thing needs to be done at a party is the final grilling/barbecuing which should only take 10-15 minutes. Serve them with Hoisin sauce or a sweet & sour chilli dip.
