Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Chocolate avocado mousse may sound unusual at first, but it’s surprisingly rich, smooth and delicious. The avocado gives the mousse a naturally creamy texture, while the cocoa provides deep chocolate flavour. The result is a light dessert that feels indulgent but is actually quite wholesome. This simple mousse is naturally gluten-free and can easily be made vegan by using plant-based yoghurt. It’s perfect as a quick treat, but also elegant enough to serve as a lighter dessert at a dinner party.
