Grind the biscuits and nuts using a food processor until the mixture resemble breadcrumbs. Add the dried fruits, vanilla pulse until you get as sticky dough, while adding the fruit juice gradually.
You should get a thick, sticky dough- but still malleable. If it’s too hard, add more liquid.
If you want children to have them, take apportion aside. Add the alcohol to the rest and knead the dough gently until combined.
Shape small balls (about 3 cm) then roll them in the desiccated coconut.
Rest them in the refrigerator. They can be served in about an hour, but they taste even better the next day.
