Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F), or set your air fryer to 180°C (355°F).
Place the curd cheese in a mixing bowl and break it up with a fork. Add the eggs, dill, lemon zest, and salt. Mix well until smooth and evenly combined.
Unroll the puff pastry on a clean surface.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the pastry sheet, then roll it up tightly from the long edge to form a log.
Cut the roll into 1.5 cm rounds using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
Arrange the slices on a lined baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden, puffed and crisp.
In an air fryer, cook for about 10 minutes, until golden and flaky.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly before serving.
Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
