Peel, core and chop the apples into slices or chunks.
Combine the sugar, flour and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the flour mixture to the apple slices and gently combine to coat the apple evenly.
Preheat the pie maker according to the user manual.
Unroll the pastry. Using a plate, cut out a circle, big enough to cover the base and the side well.
Carefully place the pastry in the pie maker, then fill with the apple mixture.
Cut another circle out of the pastry ( you might need to re-roll it) - this time it should be big enough to cover and slightly overlap the top of the pie. Make a couple of slits on the top with a knife.
Press down the top lid and bake for about 25-30 minutes - the time depends on the pie maker.
When the pastry is golden brown, the pie is ready.
Turn off the machine and carefully move the pie to a plate.
Dust with icing sugar, then slice and serve.
