Easy seafood pasta

This super easy seafood pasta is exactly what it says on the tin - incredibly easy to make, as everything is cooked in one pot and it’s on the table within 15-20 minutes. It’s one of my favourite recipes for those days when I have little time to cook and hardly anything fresh in my fridge (I tend to make it with frozen seafood). Sometimes I add frozen peas or spinach too to make it a bit more wholesome. Also, I make it with different sorts of pasta - this time I had some gluten-free spaghetti to use up.

  1. Roughly chop the onion and garlic.
