Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tin with parchment paper.
Using a fork, mash the bananas until you get a purée. Mix in the cinnamon, if used.
Finely chop the figs and add to the bananas together with the dates. Add the raisins and seeds too, then mix in the oil.
Fold in the oats and mix until you get a thick, gooey batter. Add more oats, if needed. (The batter should be thick, but not dough-like.)
Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin, spreading it out evenly.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Let it cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer it to a wire-rack.
When cooled, cut them into bars or squares and enjoy!
