Preheat oven to 180°C.
Grease a baking dish with margarine.
In a blender, combine the eggs, almond milk, sugar, the flours, ground almond, margarine, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt. Blend until you get a smooth batter – the consistence should be similar to a thick pancake batter.
Arrange cherries in the greased baking dish, then pour the batter over them.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden. You can scatter some almond flakes on the top after 15 minutes of baking.
Cool for 10 minutes before slicing it into wedges or squares.
Dust with icing sugar just before serving.
