Mix the marinade then add the pork. Marinate for minimum an hour - overnight, if you can.
Cut the red pepper into thin strips, the corn and beans into small pieces.
Finely slice the onion, garlic and chilli (if used).
Heat the oil in the wok. When hot, add the pork (keep back the marinade) and stir-fry them for about 3-5 minutes, then transfer them to a plate.
Add more oil, then stir-fry the onion and red pepper for 2 minutes, then add the garlic, corn, chilli and green beans.
Stir-fry for another 3 minutes, then add the marinade and cook for a couple of minutes or until the veggies are tender. Add the pork and cook for another minutes or so.
Serve with sesame seeds and coriander leaves scattered on top.
