Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the figs in half and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Mix the orange juice with the honey.
Rub the figs with a piece of butter then drizzle the orange honey over them.
Bake for 15 minutes until the figs are tender and sticky.
Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the grated orange zest.
Coarsely chop the pistachio.
Spoon the figs into small dessert bowls ( 2 or 4 per person). Add a dollop of yogurt, scatter some pistachio pieces on top, then drizzle with the baking jus and some more honey if you like.
Serve warm.
