Indo Chinese Chilli Paneer

Paneer is fresh cheese common in India. It is made by curdling heated milk by food acids like lime, vinegar, etc. Paneer combined with different vegetables and spices gives a very palatable taste. Chilli paneer is one of my favourite dishes.
