Jamaican steak salad

This zingy Jamaican steak salad is perfect for parties or sport-watching gatherings. It's very simple to prepare, quick to cook and the result is fantastically flavorsome (and rather spicy!). Serve it with flatbread or boiled rice (and plenty of beer!)
