Mirchi bajji is a popular street snack and made with banana chilli pepper which has a mild and tangy taste. It is a savoury snack goes well with tea or coffee. Bajji can be made with or without stuffing.  Both variations are delicious. This easy recipe is from my mother and is a favorite of all in my family.
