Peel the pear and chop it into small pieces. Cut the banana into small chunks.
Put everything in a food processor and whiz until you get a textured batter.
You might need to add more flour or milk. Add a few drops of oil too - this will help with not sticking to the pan.
Lightly oil a pancake pan over medium heat, then add dollops of the batter and make them into circular shapes. Use moulds, if you want perfect rounds or use unique motifs, such heart, bear, star etc.
After a couple of minutes or so, turn them over with a spatula and cook for another minute. They should be golden on both sides.
Transfer the pancakes to a plate, then make more, using up the remaining batter.
Serve with maple syrup and your favourite toppings.
