Potato salad with peas and green beans

This zingy warm potato salad with peas and green beans is a perfect accompaniment to barbecued or grilled food. I'd even serve it with a Sunday roast in the summer.  Add some fried pancetta, goats cheese or smoked fish and you've got an easy and fulfilling meal!

  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 Tbsp cider vinegar

  1. Rub the potatoes well, then cook them in lightly salted water until tender. Drain and cool, then cut them into bite-size chunks.
