Roast Honey and Mustard Pork

This Honey and Mustard Roast Pork is just the thing for this happy tradition because it's pretty quick and easy to create yet looks, smells and tastes just great!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg boneless pork leg
  • For the Glaze: 3 Tbsps honey
  • 2 Tbsps English mustard
  • 1 Tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsps cider vinegar
  • seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Combine together the glaze ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Put the pork joint into a small roasting tin and spoon the mixture all over it.
  4. Place in the centre of your oven and roast for about 1¼ hours. Baste occasionally with the juices.
  5. Serve with roast potatoes and the green vegetables of your choice.
