Roasted garlic hummus

When I make roast dinner I always put a bulb of garlic on the oven shelf, as roasted garlic can really jazz up salads, dips, sandwich creams, marinades and so on.  This home-made hummus with roasted garlic is a good example. It’s so easy to make, takes only 5 minutes - and much cheaper, healthier and tastier than anything you can get in a food store. Serve it as a dip or, if you add more water, the thinner sauce is perfect for falafels, salads, skewers.
