Put the tomatoes in bowl, then pour boiling water over them. Soak them for a couple of minutes, then remove & discard their skin. Chop the flesh into small cubes.
Put the tomatoes, raisins, cranberries in a heavy-based pan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
When the cranberries start to burst, add the sugar, spices and vinegar. Cook for 35-40 minutes under cover, stirring occasionally.
When you get a dense jam, coating the back of a spoon, turn off the heat and let it cool.
When cooled, spoon the jam into sterilised jars, seal and store in the fridge.
