Summer garden salad with sheep cheese

Sheep cheese has a sharp edge to it so it complements sweet salads very well. This Summer garden salad with sheep cheese is perfect for BBQs, garden parties, or serve it with flatbread with leftover roasted/fried/grilled meat. If you don’t like garlic, add a spoonful of mustard to the dressing instead.
