Swedish-style baked meatballs

Who doesn’t love the meatballs from IKEA, even though they don’t taste anything like the real Swedish meatballs? The good news is that they incredibly easy to make at home from scratch , even the sauce that normally comes with it. The recipe of this Swedish-style baked meatballs is my own version - I added mustard and used cornflour so that they can be gluten-free. For a low-carb version chickpea flour can be used. I served them as party nibbles with a gherkin & dill sour cream sauce but you can serve them with other sauces or dips. Alternatively serve them with pasta or chips as a main meal.
