Mix the mince with the other ingredients, then season with pepper (no need to add more salt, the soy is enough).
Divide the mixture into 4-6 equal size portions. Make balls from these using your palms, then slightly flatten them.
Put the patties a plate and rest for 30 minutes or until you’re ready to grill/BBQ them.
Heat a griddle pan or grill/BBQ.
Cook the burgers on each side for 3-5 minutes, depending on how well done you like your beef.
Meanwhile, cut some buns in half and lightly toast them. Prepare your chosen condiments, relishes & pickles.
When the patties are done, assemble the burgers to your liking and serve immediately.
