In a pressure cooker, heat oil, add the mutton pieces and sauté, add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add the salt, turmeric powder and fry well for about 3-4 minutes, add little water and pressure cook on low flame for about 5 whistles.
Once cool, check if the meat is tenderized or not. Set aside.
In a pan, add the onions, green chillies and fry till golden brown, add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and sauté it well until raw smell disappears.
Add cooked mutton, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, curry leaves, tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are soft.
Cook until a the gravy is thick. Add the garam masala, coconut milk and stir.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
