Background

These grilled minute steaks with cumin and garlic are perfect for BBQ parties or easy weekend lunches and suppers. They are ready in just five minutes! Serve them in a bun or with potato salad, mixed salad, grilled veggies, a mash etc.

Ingredients

4 thin beef steaks
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper

Instructions

Whisk the oil, garlic, cumin, vinegar and pepper in small bowl until combined. Pour it into a ziptop bag and add the steaks. Marinate for minimum 30 minutes or max 2 hours in the fridge.
Heat your BBQ or griddle pan.
Take the steaks out of the marinade and cook on each side for a minute or so, until lightly charred.
Serve immediately.
