Waldorf salad with blue cheese dressing

Background

If you want an easy but stylish starter in a special menu to impress your guests or loved ones, take note of this recipe! It's very easy to create and very tasty too!!

Ingredients

2 green apples
1 sprig of celery
50g walnut
2 handfuls of watercress
Dressing:
30g mayonnaise
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp water
50g blue cheese

Instructions

Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and water, then crumble the cheese into it. Season with salt and pepper and mash with a fork to a coarse paste.
Slice the celery into thin, about 8cm long strips.
Core the apples then slice them into thin circles.
Arrange the apple slices and celery sticks on a plate, scatter some watercress and walnuts around them, then drizzle with the dressing.
