Easy Greek salad

One of my favorite Summer salads is the Greek salad because it's very easy to make and can be served as a main for a light lunch or a side dish with grilled fish and meat. Also, it can be made in advance so it's perfect for summer parties, barbecues and picnics. Despite the fact that it's a simple salad there are hundreds of recipes to create the "perfect" or authentic Greek salad -  this is a super easy version, using the basic ingredients and served with a super simple vinaigrette. Serve it with toasted or grilled pitta!
