Mash the bananas with a fork or blend them in a blender.
Add the oats, ground pistachios or almond and the cinnamon, if used, then mix well.
Chop the figs into small pieces, then fold them into the mixture.
Let the batter rest for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
If the batter seems too thick, add some plant-based milk. It should be soft but malleable.
Using your hands, make equal sized balls, then press them between your palms. Place them on the baking tray.
Bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes until golden.
Let them cool on a wire-rack and serve.
