Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface - if you want the breadsticks thin and crispy, the dough should be about 3mm. If you want them fluffy - the dough should be thicker.
Cut the dough into (approx.) 3x6cm rectangles, using a pizza cutter. You can make them longer and thinner if preferred.
Mix the melted butter with garlic the herbs.
Bush the rectangles with the garlic butter, then put them on a baking tray, lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for about 5-8 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
Let them cool, then serve.
