Ingredients

  • 500 g minced lean pork
  • 1 red apple
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • oil Spray

Method

  1. Chop the apple into tiny cubes (do not peel it) then mix it together with the minced pork in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Make four balls out of the mixture and press these slightly between your palms.
  3. Heat the barbecue to medium temperature or oil a griddle pan. Spray the patties with some oil then cook them for about 10 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the rolls in half, then grill, toast or barbecue them. Serve the putties sandwiched in the rolls with condiments of your choice.
