Roast potatoes with paprika and garlic

Roast potatoes can be jazzed up with herbs, such as rosemary or thyme. I like adding spices too - paprika, cumin seeds, turmeric and so on.  These roast potatoes with paprika and garlic are very yummy and easy to make. They fit well in a roast dinner or Sunday roast menu. If you’d like the potatoes very crispy, then mash them slightly with a fork, before adding the spiced butter, then halfway through roasting, when you turn them around.
