Heat oven to 160C. Put the rack of ribs in a small roasting tin. Pour over the cola and cover the tin with foil. Roast for about 1.5 hrs, until the ribs are tender, turning them once halfway through.
Meanwhile, put all the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and gently heat. Cook for about 5 minutes until you get a sticky glaze.
When the ribs are done, discard the liquid, dry the rack with kitchen towel then brush with the glaze.
Heat your BBQ, griddle pan or turn the grill on in your oven.
Cook the ribs on each side until golden, sticky and crispy (basting regularly with the remaining sauce). This should take about 10-15 minutes.
