Ingredients

  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 50 ml double cream
  • 1 Tbsp liqueur
  • Garnish: shredded coconut icing sugar, cocoa powder, edible glitter, ground nuts etc

Method

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and put into a heavy-based pan. Add the cream and liqueur and warm it up gently, whilst stirring constantly.
  2. When the chocolate is melted, turn off the heat and pour it into a bowl. Let it cool then put it to rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (under cover to avoid absorbing other food odours).
  3. Spoon little dumplings into your palm and form small balls.
  4. Rotate the balls in your choice of desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, icing sugar, edible glitter, finely chopped nuts and so on. Chill them in the refrigerator until serving.
