Thai carrot and radish lettuce wraps

I like making Asian-style lettuce wraps for parties and barbecues because they are incredible easy to prepare and are very tasty. These Thai carrot and radish lettuce wraps are not only simple and delicious but also very versatile-  you can have them like this as an appetizer, or add some grilled meat /seafood, rice noodles or cashew nuts to them et voilà you have a meal!
