Baked Camembert with figs and walnuts
Baked Camembert is a wonderful dish to share with friends and loved ones – it’s also perfect for parties with an aperitif or for finishing off a meal or dinner party. I made this bakedCamembert with figs and walnutsusing goat’s milk Camembert cheese which was particularly delicious but the normal cow’s milk version is very tasty too. Serve it with crusty bread, crackers, croutons or breadsticks.

- Cut the thyme sprigs in half and stick a few of them into the cheese, then scatter the rest on top of the figs. Drizzle everything with honey and the balsamic vinegar.
