BBQ chicken marinated in spiced yoghurt

If you like spicy, Indian-style food and want an easy recipe for a party, try this BBQ chicken marinated in spiced yoghurt! You can make it as spicy as you like – just substitute  some or all of the  chilli powder with paprika,  particularly if  you want to serve it to children too. I used chicken thighs, but drumsticks and breast would work too. Serve it with a rice salad, chutney and/or grilled vegetables.

  1. Using a sharp knife, make a few slashes in each piece.

  3. Heat your BBQ, grill or griddle pan.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, shaking off any excess.
  5. Cook them for about 15 minutes, turning regularly until cooked through.
