Crispy paprika chickpeas

If you’re after a healthy, vegan, gluten-free snack that’s easy to make, try these crispy paprika chickpeas. The preparation only takes only a couple of minutes, then the tray is ready to go in the oven. I usually make crispy chickpeas when the oven is on already, baking a cake or roasting a joint. Keep the crispy chickpeas in an airtight container and serve them at drinks parties, or snack on them during the day. Don’t use cayenne if you don’t want them to be really spicy – try adding some garlic powder or cumin powder instead.
