Smoked salmon and lemon pasta

When I have little time to cook or just feel like a quick and easy meal, I normally make a pasta dish with smoked fish or leftover meat/vegetables. This smoked salmon and lemon pasta hardly needs any cooking – it’s ready within 10 minutes. I used gluten-free spaghetti, but it works with any type of pasta. Serve it with a crispy salad et voilà you’ll have a filling a tasty meal!
