Spiced Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes
These spiced air fryer sweet potatoes are a quick, flavour-packed side dish that’s ready in under 30 minutes, making them ideal for busy weeknights or when you want something easy while the main dish is cooking. Air frying keeps them crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, using minimal oil while delivering maximum flavour.
Seasoned with smoked paprika, cumin and garlic, and finished with a splash of lime juice, these sweet potato wedges are perfect on the side of burgers, grilled chicken, pork ribs, barbecued meats or vegetarian mains. For extra heat, you can easily adapt the recipe by adding cayenne pepper or a little chipotle paste to the spice mix.
