Stir-Fry Beef with Ginger and Tomato
The beauty of using a wok is that it’s so quick, easy, tasty and healthy! We tend to associate woks with Chinese cooking but they’re used extensively all over South-East Asia – this particular recipe is based on one that originates from Malaysia. It’s got a lovely refreshingly zesty flavour. You can serve it with rice – or pasta if you prefer.
