Healthy gluten-free banana bread

For a weekend lazy breakfast or afternoon tea a slice of nice, wholesome banana bread is most satisfying. This healthy gluten free banana bread is not vegan – but it’s gluten-free, dairy-free and almost totally sugar-free (actually, you can leave out the sugar, if the bananas are really ripe). Enjoy with your morning coffee or afternoon tea! Or take it with you to a picnic or party.
