Steak pizzaiola
This steak is based on the Italian dishCarne pizzaiola,in which cheap cuts of beef are cooked slowly with tomatoes, capers and herbs. However this recipe uses sirloin, so there’s no need to cook the meat for a long time and the sauce can be made in just five minutes. So this dish is ideal for a midweek supper.
