Honey and Cinnamon Christmas biscuits
These Honey and Cinnamon Christmas biscuits are popular in Middle-Europe during Advent. They are similar to English ginger biscuits (cookies) but a bit softer because of the honey. You can add some mixed spice to the dough if you’d like to spice them up a bit. They make excellent gifts and Christmas decorations too.
