Spicy Crayfish Spaghetti
I love pre-cooked crayfish tails because they can be used for delicious and simple meals. And I love pasta dishes because they’re also quick & easy to make, but are filling and can easily be made gluten-free. So I came up with this Spicy Crayfish Spaghetti dish using the ingredients I had in my kitchen. You can add other veggies to the pasta sauce if you like – bell pepper, mushrooms, green peas, broad beans &/or spinach would all work well. It takes less the 15 minutes to make this dish!

- Add the paprika, crayfish tails and parsley. Heat through, taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta and toss with the crayfish sauce.
- Serve with ground pepper and Parmesan cheese if you like.
