Wine marinated Lamb steaks

I had some Prosecco left over that went flat so I decided to use it up in a marinade. I came up with the recipe of these wine marinated Lamb steaks, which turned out to very tender and tasty! You can use any dry white wine you’ve got. Serve the steaks with a mash & salad or grilled veggies.
