Fennel baked spare ribs with BBQ glaze
I was given a bottle of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey BBQ sauce as a present so I decided to try it out. I made these fennel baked spare ribs BBQ glaze and served it with baked sweet potato wedges and coleslaw. The ribs were nice and tender, but to be hones, the glaze is nothing special – you can use any BBQ sauce sold in your local store or your homemade one! The ribs are perfect nibbles at parties! You can precook the dish in the oven, then grill or barbecue the glazed ribs just before you’re ready serve them.
