Dijon and peppercorn grilled beef steak

This Dijon and peppercorn grilled beef steak is super easy recipe but it’s essential to make it with good quality, matured beef so you don’t need to marinate it for long. You can add some garlic powder or minced garlic to the mustard glaze. Serve with salad and chips. Alternatively, slice it into thin ribbons and add to salads or sandwiches.
